Training Details

This self-paced learning package includes 7 hours of video content and comprehensive PowerPoint slide notes covering current evidence regarding the development of handwriting in typically developing children from pre-school to year 2 and teaches participants the Hartley Knows Method of teaching handwriting. The information presented is in-line with the VEYLDF, the Victorian Curriculum and Australian Curriculum for English and Maths for use in education settings.

This training is suitable for Primary School Teachers, Early Childhood Educators, Education Support Staff, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists working with young children. It may also be completed by parents who are interested in furthering their skills and learning on this topic.
